Founder & Executive Director
After 25 years in the U.S. Air Force — first as a C-130 loadmaster and aircrew, then as an Aircrew Academy director and strategic program manager — I retired as a Senior Master Sergeant knowing that the greatest challenge for veterans isn't earning benefits; it's finding them. I've worked with thousands of servicemembers and watched too many transition unprepared, confused, or empty-handed. Now I run flight operations at Tropic Ocean Airways while building AfterAction AI to ensure no veteran loses out on the support they've earned. Fort Lauderdale, FL.
