Mike Jackson
Co-Founder
Senior Master Sergeant (Ret.) Mike S. Jackson is a 25-year U.S. Air Force veteran and senior aviation leader with deep expertise in aviation operations, training systems, and enterprise-level program management. Throughout his career, he led high-impact initiatives that identified inefficiencies, optimized processes, and improved operational readiness across large, complex organizations. As Co-Founder of AfterAction AI, he applies that same problem-solving mindset to streamline systems and improve the lives of veterans through intelligent, mission-driven automation.
